This document is meant to make the members familiar with the ‘Operating Procedures’ of Citybird VA (hereafter called ‘CTB’).
Destinaries.
This document is meant for all pilots and staff members of CTB.
Regulations.
All members of CTB must follow these regulations in order to become a member of CTB. By applying for membership, the new member thereby agrees with this regulations.
A new member must be at application at least 16 years old(Exeptions can be made).
Hours flown on other airlines will be accepted at Citybird VA at forty (40) percent value, up to a maximum of one-hundred and eighty (180) hours provided that I provide a valid link so that these hours can be verified. If no link is provided, or the link provided is invalid, I understand that these hours will not be carried over and that I will start at an entry level position with Citybird VA.
At application, a valid e-mail address will be asked. This e-mail address is only used for communication between CTB and the member. Without authorisation no e-mail addresses is passed on.
All piloten must make their first flight within 14 days after application.
All piloten must execute a flight at least once every month.
All flights must happen at the simrate of 1x.
The flights of CTB are executed on the ‘VatSim/IVAO network'.

Inappropriate behaviour, racist or vulgar remarks are not tolerated at our airline. This can lead to immediate denunciation of your membership.
Discipline
Inappropriate behaviour, or lack of respect, to others may lead to discontinuance or denunciation of the membership at CTB.
These sanctions can be as follows:
1° offence: 7 days discontinuance of the membership
2° offence: 14 days
3° offence: 30 days
4° offence: suspension of the membership
Leave of absence.
Here we mean absences for a long duration (sickness, travel,…).
Each member, pilot or staff member, who knows that he/she will be absent for a longer time, will communicate this by means of e-mail to CTB.
An absence is, normaly, not possible for a period longer than 60 days. Longer absences must, normaly, be approved by the staff of CTB.
Piloten must make a flight after their absence within the 14 days (Pirep send).
Denunciation membership.
Each member can terminate his/her membership at all time. They are asked do so by e-mail, with indication of:
Name and First name
Pilot-ID
Date of denunciation
Reason for denunciation
Home Base.
The home base of Citybird VA is EBBR - Brussels Airport.

These aircrafts are:
Boeing 737-300
Boeing 737-400
Boeing 737-800
Boeing 767-33A
McDonnell Douglas MD11
Routes
The routes are available on the web-site of CTB.
Events.
`Events’ will play an important role at CTB. They spread the name of Citybird VA and promote cooperation between CTB-pilots.
All pilots must at least 2 times every year take part to an ‘Event’.
